Tuition Payment Procedures

For your convenience, Trinity Preschool accepts tuition payments in yearly (due 6/20), biannual (due 6/20 & 11/20) or quarterly payments (due 6/20, 9/20, 11/20 & 2/20). A non-refundable deposit of $250 is due for all students on April 20th for the upcoming school year. This payment will be deducted from the final tuition bill. The late fee is $25, following a one-week grace period. For Trinity Preschool tuition information, please contact the Office via e-mail or call (610) 644-9370.

Tuition payment reminders are posted in the monthly calendar and Parents pages of the Trinity Preschool web site.

Refund Policy

The signed Registration Application indicates that parents are responsible for the full year's tuition. Trinity Preschool does not reimburse tuition payments if a child leaves the school prior to the end of the school year. The school reserves the right to request the withdrawal of a child. Tuition covers all materials, book bags, snacks, field trips and special programs.

Assistance

St. John's Presbyterian Church and FLITE (Foundation for Learning in Tredyffrin/Easttown) may generously provide financial aid for Trinity Preschool students. Please contact Trinity Preschool's Director if you need assitance with tuition.

All scholarship requests are kept confidential.
